You can refer any colleague or business in the healthcare industry that you believe could benefit from any or all of MedTrainer’s products. Some examples of who to refer include urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, dental practices, pharmacies, laboratories, mental health centers, physician offices, long-term care and assisted living centers, hospitals, community health centers, and more! You will receive a one-time $450 payment for each referred customer that closes with a contract of $500 a month or more. You will receive a one-time $250 payment for each referred customer that closes with a contract of less than $500 a month.

There is no limit to the number of potential customers you can refer or how much you can earn in the referral program in total. If you earn over $600 in referral incentives in one year, MedTrainer will reach out to you to collect a W-9 form.

You will receive the referral reward after your referred customer has made their first payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your referral has signed a contract with MedTrainer to confirm your method of referral redemption. You must respond to this email within 30 days in order to redeem your reward.

Once the first payment from your referred customer is received by MedTrainer and your preferred payment method is confirmed via email, you will receive your reward by the end of the following calendar month.

Your referral payment options include ACH, PayPal (we do not reimburse any fees charged), or we can add a credit your MedTrainer account. Once your referral has signed a contract with MedTrainer, you will receive an email requesting your preferred payment method and any additional account information if needed.

No, MedTrainer does not fall under the regulations of the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS). Please reach out to legal@medtrainer.com if you have any legal requirement questions about our referral program.

You will receive an email from the MedTrainer team after you have completed the referral form on this page. You will only be eligible to receive rewards for this program if you have submitted the referral form above on this page.

Once the contract with the customer you referred has been officially signed and finalized, you will receive an email congratulating you on your successful referral to MedTrainer and to confirm your preferred method of payment to redeem your rewards.

You will not receive any program rewards for contracts signed before Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022. You will only be eligible to receive rewards for this program for customer referrals that have never set up or participated in a demo call with MedTrainer in the past. We appreciate all previous referrals, and we hope that you will continue to spread your positive experiences with MedTrainer and help us create a great experience for new clients.

You cannot refer any customers that have ever been MedTrainer clients or previously partnered with MedTrainer.

You will receive a one-time incentive for every new MedTrainer client, regardless of the number of products they choose to move forward with. Your reward amount for each referral solely depends on the new customer’s monthly contract amount of more or less than $500.

You cannot receive any referral rewards for current or previous MedTrainer customers.
